A deposit is required to book a tattoo appointment. This is only for customers who have been communicating with me directly. Please read the following deposit policies thoroughly!

By paying the deposit, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • All deposits are NONREFUNDABLE.

  • Deposits go towards the total cost of the tattoo. For multi-session projects, deposits are held until the last session of the tattoo.

  • I acknowledge that I have reviewed the artist’s previous work and communicated my tattoo design idea to my satisfaction. I understand that creating a custom tattoo design is subjective and variations may exist between concept and finished design (noting that any reference images provided will not be directly copied and used for inspiration only). If the finished design is not to my liking, minor changes may be requested. I understand that if I request substantial changes/an entirely new design, my deposit will be forfeited as payment for drawing time.

  • I understand designs are not previewed prior to the tattoo appointment.

  • I understand deposits are nontransferable between individuals.

  • I acknowledge that I have received a pricing estimate in our communications and I understand that the estimate provided is an estimate only! I understand that last minute modifications, changing size/placement, adding details, my punctuality, and how well I sit all affect how long my tattoo will take, and thus how much it will cost. I understand that all prices are plus GST & PST.

My deposit will be forfeit in the case of:

  • No show.

  • I cancel my appointment for any reason.

  • I reschedule my appointment with less than one week’s notice.

  • I arrive for my appointment 20 minutes late.

  • I reschedule my appointment more than once.

  • I arrive for my tattoo appointment without photo ID, under the influence of drugs/alcohol, or if I am under 18 years of age.


Billing Policy

I understand I will be billed at the artist’s current hourly rate starting at my scheduled appointment time for all tattoo and tattoo-related services, such as:

  • Time used to edit or resize the design if needed.

  • Time used to apply the stencil to the body.

  • Time used to assemble equipment, open sanitary supplies, and replenish supplies as needed throughout the session.

  • All breaks requested by the client.

  • Lateness of 1-20 minutes for any reason.
